Terms of Use

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We open seats in waves and decide who is invited and when. Inviting people with your link can help your position, but it is never a promise of access or of a specific date.

You must be at least 16 and able to accept these terms. Give accurate information and sign up once, for yourself. Automated, fake or duplicate signups and manipulated referrals may be removed without notice.

The beta is an early version of vevold, provided as available. Features can change, pause or disappear, and errors may occur. Keep your own copies of important work.

You keep ownership of the creative work and content you bring to vevold. You give us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display it for you to run the service. We will explain storage, export and AI-related choices clearly before any content features open.

Do not break the law, infringe other people's rights, upload harmful material, try to access systems or data you are not allowed to, disrupt the service, or use invitations deceptively.

If you share ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve vevold without any obligation to you.

The vevold name, logo, website and its content belong to VORVN LIMITED. These terms do not give you any right to use them beyond normal use of the site.

We may suspend or end access to protect users or the service, to comply with the law, or if these terms are broken. You can leave at any time and ask us to delete your data.

The waitlist and beta are free and provided without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to the free beta is limited to HKD 500. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction, and consumers may also bring claims in their home courts where the law allows.
